Returns, Conditions and Information required under the Distance Selling Regulations
In order that our customers can make an informed choice about whether or not they want to buy from us we have set out our terms here - In addition to your statutory rights we will happily refund or exchange (NO EXTRA P&P charge within the UK!) all swimwear returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn and unwashed with all labels in place.
We believe our standard terms are more beneficial to our customers.
We also are happy to recognise the consumers rights to cancel their order with us under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days following your receipt of the goods from us. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizens Advice Bureau if you are in the UK).<p>If you wish to cancel an order then you must inform us by emailing within seven working days following the date of receipt in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You must take reasonable care of the products (they must be unworn and unwashed with all labels in place - please ensure underwear is worn if trying on swimwear).
You must return the products to us promptly at your expense. If you cancel your order we will refund your original post and packaging costs provided the original order is returned in full. Should you choose to keep part of your original order, you will not be eligible for a refund on the original postage costs.
If you cancel and do not return the goods you must make the goods available for our collection at your cost, this will vary in cost depending on your location and whether you require a specific appointment for a collection time (typically from £7.50 to £65.00 in UK)
If we were ever supply to substitute goods should those ordered be unavailable we would pay the cost of your returning these substitute products.
