If ordered on our working day by 2.00pm UK local time same day despatch and usually next day delivery to most UK addresses. Maximum compensation £30.00 if lost or damaged en route.
Next Working Day By 1.00p.m. OR by 9.00a.m.
If ordered on our Working Day by 2.00pm UK local time Royal Mail guarantees to reach 99.9% of the UK by 1.00p.m. the next working day - or we refund our extra charge above normal first class post. If you are unsure your address is included please visit http://www.royalmail.com Maximum compensation £250.00 if lost or damaged en route.
Royal Mail aim to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. 28 days must be allowed before we can instigate a search/trace procedure. Maximum compensation £30.00 if lost or damaged en route. We may use International Signed For in place of this service at our discretion - No extra charge to you of course!
International Signed For
Items despatched on the first available flight. All mail will be signed for at the destination address. The price includes up to £250 compensation in the unlikely event that your mail is lost or damaged en route. 28 days must be allowed before we can instigate a search/trace procedure - but basic track information is on line.
We accept full responsibility for your order until it is entrusted to Royal Mail. We will obtain a Certificate of Posting to you in every case. We will despatch your order for you using the Royal Mail service you choose and it is they who issue any delivery guarantees we quote. Use of our delivery service is subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.
We can usually arrange next day deliveries to meet that special deadline but all goods ordered on our Working Day by 2.00pm UK local time leave our warehouse at 5.00p.m. the same day when payment is made with a debit/credit card.
Our Working Day is UK local time 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding UK public holidays and Shutdowns (usually the whole of the month of August).
To allow new stock to be available, staff holidays, stocktaking and unavoidable interruptions to usual service we suspend our operations from time to time. THESE SHUTDOWNS ARE ALWAYS NOTIFIED ON OUR WEBSITE where an explanation of how orders made during the closedown will be handled. This does not affect any orders made prior to shutdown times.
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability
Cheques/Postal Orders - We no longer accept any form of paper based payments
We only ever take your payment when ready to despatch.
In addition to your statutory rights we will happily refund or exchange (NO EXTRA P&P charge within the UK!) all swimwear returned within 14 days of purchase (28 days for International Orders) if unworn and unwashed with all labels in place.
